    The Cardiovascular Data Coordinator supports the vision of the Total Healing Environment and the values of respect, integrity, accountability, commitment and quality by reviewing, analyzing and submitting clinical data in an accurate and unbiased manner, to professional sources using current hospital systems and regulatory registries relating to the Cardiovascular populations.

    Job Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • Current Arizona RN license or a current Certified Radiology Technologist with 2 years recent experience in the specialty area
    • Knowledge of current patient population and procedures performed
    • Accurate data entry skills and acute attention to detail
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing providing excellent customer service

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with American College of Cardiology and Society of Thoracic Surgery programs
    • Experience and working knowledge of current YRMC clinical computer systems, (Cerner, HPF, AS400, Witt Biomedical, HIS, Midas)
    • Cardiovascular data base experience
    • Coding knowledge
    • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred; Cerner strongly preferred
