Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant II supports the vision of the Total Healing Environment and the values of respect, integrity, accountability, commitment and quality by providing administrative, secretarial, customer service and receptionist support to the Physician Care Administration Office.

Job Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  •  Two years of expereince in provider credentialing

Required Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or GED
  • Three years of progressively responsible executive secretarial experience
  • Two years of experience in healthcare industry
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment
  • Must be able to maintain the highest level of customer service, accuracy and confidentiality at all times
  • Ability to work independently and organize work so that productivity and effectiveness are maximized
  • Must possess a valid Arizona driver’s license
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Windows
  • Basic proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
