The Talent Management System Coordinator supports the vision of the Total Healing Environment and the values of respect, integrity, accountability, commitment and quality by being responsible for YRMC’s talent management application, recommending technical and solution enhancements and assisting in design, training, adoption and implementation activities to optimize all solutions in support of organizational talent management strategies. Acts as system expert and project manager to support configuration, maintenance, updates, governance, operation and ongoing coordination. Serves as an advocate and liaison between internal business owners, subject matter experts, end users, vendors, IT analysts and other technical support staff related to the applications. Ensures compatibility with all other interdependent enterprise systems..
