Job Summary

The Corporate Compliance Coordinator supports the vision of the Total Healing Environment and the values of respect, integrity, accountability, commitment and quality by providing support to the Corporate Compliance Officer in the management and on-going development of the Corporate Compliance Program. 

Job Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

 Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent in a related field and three years of healthcare related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or knowledge
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of credibility, independence, integrity, confidentiality and trust
  • Knowledge of and good understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Experience in training and development activities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with people at various professional levels
  • Ability to work collaboratively and diplomatically with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to change of duties quickly and smoothly
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal direction or supervision
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Windows
  • Advanced level skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including charts and graphs
